As part of Self Help UK’s Macmillan Deaf Cancer Support Project, we have a Referrals Administrator.
Any Deaf person affected by cancer can contact the Referrals Administrator, as a first point of contact.
If you have any questions about our service and the support Self Help UK can provide, please contact us and we will explain the various ways in which we may be able to support you.
To make a referral to our service, we will need a completed referral form. We can email the referral form to you, for you to fill in online or print off and complete.
If you prefer, Self Help UK can arrange a video call in BSL and we will complete the form on your behalf.
The Referrals Administrator also supports our Project Manager, our Advocacy Officer and our Group Development Officer.
Once we have received your completed referral form, we will ensure your referral is allocated to the correct person within our team.
Any information Self Help UK holds, regarding your referral to us, is always completely confidential and stored securely.
If you are:
